Proposed 2027-28 calendar posted for review

The proposed 2027-28 school year calendar was presented to the Board of Education at the March 9 meeting. The calendar is now available for review. Comments can be submitted via this feedback form. The board will vote on the 2027-28 calendar at the April meeting.

BV Unmuted explores CTE programs

After nine months of meaningful conversation, input from 5,000 community members and collaborative work, the Blue Valley Board of Education approved the district's new Strategic Plan. this plan, Cultivating Blue Valley, represents more than a vision — it's our collective roadmap for the future.

Dr. Gillian Chapman officially began her tenure as superintendent of Blue Valley Schools on July 1, marking the start of an exciting new chapter for the district. Her arrival follows a comprehensive national search and meaningful community engagement, which led to her unanimous selection by the Blue Valley Board of Education. With more than 25 years of educational leadership experience, Dr. Chapman brings a passion for student success, strong relationships and innovative thinking to her new role.
